I have nearly 20 years of experience in program evaluation, higher education administration, and student advising.

I’ve worked with universities, nonprofits, and global companies to make sense of their data and turn it into meaningful action. From managing large-scale longitudinal studies to designing intuitive data systems, I bring clarity to complex challenges.

  • Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I believe that the best work happens when it’s rooted in curiosity, trust, and mutual learning.

  • I am a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and follow their Guiding Principles, which prioritize ethical practices, cultural responsiveness, and rigorous research methods.

  • I’m currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education at NYU Steinhardt. My research focuses on Faculty First Look, a professional development program designed to help underrepresented doctoral students and postdocs secure faculty positions.

    I also hold an M.A. in International Education from NYU and a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley.
