I’ve worked with universities, nonprofits, and global companies to make sense of their data and turn it into meaningful action. From managing large-scale longitudinal studies to designing intuitive data systems, I bring clarity to complex challenges.

I am a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and follow their Guiding Principles, which prioritize ethical practices, cultural responsiveness, and rigorous research methods.

I’m currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education at NYU Steinhardt. My research focuses on Faculty First Look, a professional development program designed to help underrepresented doctoral students and postdocs secure faculty positions.
I also hold an M.A. in International Education from NYU and a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley.
